(propagated plants & seeds) Anacampseros Photos: These small succulents are native to South Africa and most of them will only grow to a few inches large. They usually have thick stems and their leaves form small rosette structures. Their flowers are often in the pink tones, but they are more likely to be grown for the interesting shapes their stems swell into as these plants age. They need full to partial sun and will take cool conditions but grow better in hot conditions. They like to be watered on a regular basis, but can go without water for months at a time in the winter.
