Good locations
Potential living space locations include; East, West windows, but a South window or a three to four seasons room will work if the plant is partially shaded. This species will tolerate very cool days and cold nights, but will need the temperatures to remain above 25 °F. If this variety is to be set out doors during the growing season it must be kept in very filtered light and out of heavy summer rain. This is a plant which can be at risk for fungal rot with excess water, and it is especially important to keep them dry when they are showing no signs of growth.
Size
Three inch plant with pups, and this species may grow about three inches across sending up new stems from the base to form a small colony. These plants are already outgrowing their pots.

Purchased from a greenhouse in Colorado and is still in its origional pot and soil.
